About OrbitBins
Founded in 2026, OrbitBins is a locally owned and operated business based in San Antonio, Texas, created out of firsthand experience with both local and long-distance moves. Driven by a passion for organization and an entrepreneurial mindset, we set out to provide alternative solutions to traditional packing and moving.
We serve the greater San Antonio area and neighboring communities with clean and sanitized, heavy-duty 27-gallon reusable storage bins delivered straight to your door. Designed to eliminate single-use cardboard, tape, and post-move cleanup, our curated rental Packing Kits save homes and businesses time and money—and when you’re done, we pick them up.
All kits include bins, labels, bungee cords and a taxi / dolly. Additional supplies available in upgraded kits. Pricing reflects 14 day minimum rental period. Commercial kit pricing available.

FLYBY KIT – $130
The FLYBY KIT is ready for takeoff! It is ideal for studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, dorm rooms, or small office relocations, this kit provides everything you need for an efficient move without paying for more than you'll use. Lightweight, organized, and easy to transport, it's the perfect solution for smaller moves. Kit contents: 25 bins+ labels, 1 tote taxi, 10 bungee cords.
ORBIT KIT – $160
The ORBIT KIT is our most popular option! Designed for most homes, condos, townhomes, and medium-sized offices, this kit offers the perfect balance of packing capacity and moving equipment to ensure you'll have everything needed for a faster, safer, and more organized move. Kit contents: 50 bins+ labels, 1 hand truck dolly, 20 bungee cords, 4 ratchet straps.
DOCK KIT – $230
The DOCK KIT is designed for maximum capacity for larger households, multi-story homes, and commercial relocations. This kit is ideal for handling larger volumes while keeping everything organized from start to finish. Kit contents: 75 bins+ labels, 2 hand truck dollies, 40 bungee cords, 10 ratchet straps.
